Welcome to Zouk Design! These Terms of Service govern your use of our design subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1.1. Our subscription service allows SaaS businesses to access design services for a fixed monthly fee.
1.2. Subscribers may request multiple design tasks per month, with the number of tasks dependent on their subscription plan.
1.3. Subscribers have the flexibility to pause their subscription at any time. Unused days from the subscription period can be carried forward and utilized later.
2.1. Payment for the subscription service is due monthly in advance.
2.2. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of the subscription period, except as outlined in section
2.3. Subscribers may request a refund within the first 7 days of subscribing. In such cases, we will refund half of the subscription fee paid.
3.1. Subscribers must use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. Subscribers are responsible for the content of their design requests and must not submit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
4.1. All designs created through our service are owned by the subscriber upon completion and payment of the subscription fee.
4.2. We reserve the right to display completed designs in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon with the subscriber.
5.1. The subscriber can terminate the subscription service at any time. Zouk Design can terminate the subscription service with 30 days' notice.
5.2. Upon termination, any unused portion of the subscription fee will not be refunded.
6.1. In no event shall Zouk Design be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the subscription service.
7.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
